The accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge / kitchen / diner with everything needed to enjoy your stay: electric hob, fridge and microwave in the kitchen, whilst the comfortable lounge is equipped with TV, DVD player and HiFi, as well as wi-fi internet access for those who wish to bring a laptop. Meanwhile, the double bedroom is adjoined by a modern en-suite shower room. With underfloor central heating and double glazing, the Annex is not only a great place for a summer holiday, but also a superb base for a winter break.

Outside there is a south-facing patio area with barbeque, enjoying the best of the sun and the awesome views of the Salcombe estuary and surrounding countryside - perfect for that morning coffee or alfresco dining as the sun sets on another mellow Devon day.

Situated in a quiet residential area, there is plenty of street parking and only a fifteen minute walk to the centre of Kingsbridge, with it's array of cafes, traditional pubs, delis and a wonderfully unspoilt traditional shopping street. We're also only a couple of minutes from a slipway, giving easy access for exploring the beautiful Salcombe estuary by boat.
