The view of the Salcombe Estaury from Treliske Annex, Holiday let in Kingsbridge Devon
In the heart of Devon's Crown...

Treliske Annex is in the quiet outskirts of the historic market town of Kingsbridge. A short 15 minute walk will take you to the bustling centre of town, with a wonderful array of local restaurants, cafes and pubs serving the best local produce, fresh from the fields and seas of the area. You'll also find a fine selection of traditional shops - very few chain stores have found there way into town, so the independant stores thrive, making the town's Fore Street a real gem! But don't panic - for those craving convenience, there is a supermarket available in town as well.

For those with a nautical bent, the nearest slip way is a hundred metres away - perfect for launching sailing dinghies, small boats or kayks for an exploration of the beautiful Salcombe Estuary.

Of course, if being on the water is not your seen, the location in the hub of the South Hams means you're never far away from great beaches (the nearest is ten minutes drive, though there are many to pick from within fifteen minutes), the stunning coast path and the quaint fishing villages that line it.

The poplular sailing town of Salcombe is about ten minutes drive away. Famed for it's bright turqouise waters lined by golden sandy beaches (accessible by foot ferry), the town is an enjoyable place to explore. The towns of Totnes and Dartmouth are both equally enchanting and historic, each only half an hours drive.
